Fees and Insurance

All individual services (therapy, coaching, and Reiki) are priced at $175 per session, allowing you to choose the support that best fits your needs without cost being the deciding factor. I believe in making this process as simple as possible, so you can focus on what feels right for you. Please note that I do not accept insurance.

I am not able to accept Medicaid clients, even those who wish to pay out of pocket.

I do not work with insurance. This decision allows me to provide therapy that is fully tailored to your needs rather than being limited by insurance company policies.

Under the No Surprises Act, effective January 1, 2022, I am required by federal law to provide a Good Faith Estimate of potential costs for therapy.

If you were to attend one initial free consultation and 51 individual 50-minute sessions, the estimated cost would be:

Payment is due at the end of each session and will be set up for automatic withdrawal for your convenience.
